- All items sold on  www.adbajewellery.com  cannot be refunded.

- We offer one chance of exchanges and returns on regular priced items within 7 days of receipt. No exchanges or returns for final sales products.

- For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products.

- Please return the items in their original condition: un-used, in their original packaging. There will be no  exchange if the item has been used and worn.

- Please be reminded that parcel remains under your responsibility until the package is received by ADBA Jewellery.

- For your protection, we suggest shipping via a traceable service to avoid missing and/or lost packages. We recommend using a postal or courier service that we insure you for the value of the goods you are shipping. No additional custom fees will be paid by ADBA Jewellery.

- You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.
